SHIPPING: We ship
using the most effective form of transportation. If you are in our
local delivery area, your order may be delivered by our own delivery
trucks. If you are outside our local delivery area, your order is
shipped UPS or freight carrier. It is important to give us your phone
number during checkout so that we may have a means to contact you if there is a delivery problem and we need to contact you before, during or after the delivery process.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We
cannot be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in a shipment
when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier. Inspect all
merchandise upon delivery and note any damage or missing items on the
Bill of Lading or delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or
shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's
responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If
there is concealed damage, retain all carton/packaging and call our
customer service line 1-888-676-8374 Ext 0 and inform the customer service representative that you would like to request an inspection, initiate a
freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.
LEAD TIME: Normal
shipments require 5-7 days to process and ship. If you have a special
need for our products please call in your order. We will make every
effort to accommodate you.
